JA Success Skills (I) hones the creativity, collaboration, critical thinking and communication (4 C) skills of students in a workshop setting. JA Success Skills (II) introduces the developments in the employment market and help students build their personal brand through practical job search and interview skills. The JA “Company of the Year” will be sponsored to represent Hong Kong at JA Asia Pacific Company of the Year competition in Mar 2021. The most outstanding CP student will be selected as the CP Achiever to represent Hong Kong to attend the JA Youth Success Summit in Aug 2020. In partnership with educators and dedicated volunteers, JA British Columbia (JABC) brings important educational experiences to thousands of students annually across British Columbia. Through these programs that focus on financial literacy, work readiness, and entrepreneurship, we aim to inspire, prepare and empower BC youth for lifelong success. JA Success Skills meets the needs of a diverse group of high school students by providing engaging, academically enriching, and experiential learning sessions in work-readiness education and career perspectives. Seven required, volunteer-led sessions.
